The GainHealth group falls under 5EDigital. They offer modern healthcare and technology related services in the South East Asian markets. They have multiple brands that include GainHealth Life, GainHealth Kids, GainHealth Homecare and Clinic. GainHealth Clinic and Homecare required digital marketing services that would help establish the services that they offered. Their core services included GP consultations, elderly care, home nurse services, diagnostics and ambulance assistance. A dedicated online presence that would enable them to generate enquiries and booking for these services was required. They often bundled their services to attract more customers and offered them at discounted prices as well. The house that the brand was from was reputed and therefore building consumer trust should have been easier for them. Despite the goodwill, scaling their business and meeting their targets was long due.
Our strategy helped the brand address three core challenges that they were unable to identify themselves. While there was a lot to benefit from the mother brand for this vertical, it was also acting as an impediment. Due to the same design philosophy being followed – the business was struggling to establish its own unique identity. There was little to no brand awareness. Another challenge for the brand was that the services being offered were being mistaken to be an extension of their existing e-commerce brand rather than a new set-up. Therefore, people were not even aware of the specialized services that this vertical was offering to people here. Because this service had an offline and in-store experience, it was important that the messaging have a balance of the global proposition with the local context.
The Anatomy collaborated with GainHealth Clinic & Homecare for a complete digital marketing strategy overhaul. We offered them four core services. A defined visual identity echoed their mother brand yet established their own brand voice. This was disseminated with not just social media marketing, but even as part of their in-clinic branding. Visual cues were laced with imagery that was local, helping build a connect with consumers. First responders are key to the healthcare industry. We implemented the same principle for their digital presence – making the brand available to consumers at any given point of time, standing by their side, always. A focussed paid media strategy got in targeted traffic that soon outranked the competition. We used online reviews of the services as social proof to draw in other consumers and trust them with the care of their loved ones.
